                                            My Accomplishments

One of my accomplishments is a narrative essay we had to write. Mine was called,"Best Day Ever". Best Day Ever was about my second time going to Wisconsin Dells. First we took off to the Dells and it took forever! But it was really only four hours. When we got there we saw the room for our hotel and it was amazing! It had a balcony and everything. Then we went on this boring tour ride called the Army Ducks. All we did was go in the woods and the wter and learned about things. After all of this we went back to the hotel and went to the water park. I was only able to go on the little kid rides since I was only six so. But before we left back to the room we got in line for the scariest ride there, THE HURRICANE! As we got in line I was terrified and I was shaking the whole time. We finally got to the top and we got in the raft. The lifeguard pushed us and we were off. It was calm at first but then ahhhhh! There was a sudden drop and I was almost crying. Then we got in this funnel and we went up and down four times and it finally ended. We went back to the room and called it a day. So this was a summary of my paper. I got it back and it said, 100%! I was so happy and excited. When I saw the 100% I felt so proud of myself. I knew that I tried my hardest on this paper. So this was one of my accomplishments.

Another one of my accomplishments is my a test we had to do for Science. The test was really easy so I knew I was going to get an A. My teacher passed out the tests and we began. I got and it was easy! So I took my time and made sure everything was right. It was just a review test on astronomy, you know planets and stuff. We had to draw the phase of the moon, say and draw what an eclipse is, tell the difference between an asteroid and a comet, between mass and weight, and say what gravity was. We had to do simple stuff to like name the planets in order, what do the inner ones have different than the outer ones and things like that. So I turned it in last hoping I would get an A. She passed ou the tests and......... I got an A! I got a 98% on my test! I aced it, hooray! I had felt so proud of myself! I was so excited because in order to go on our science field trips you have to have an A in science. So I was relieved and happy. This is another accomplishment of mine.
Oh man! We have a final(test) on A Wrinkle in Time! I thought this test was going to be really hard, because it was. All of the night before the day of the test, I studied my butt off all dang night! So then for tomorrow I would be ready. The next day we received our tests and we began. There was twenty-two questions and it wasn't multiple choice. I started and by the time reading class ended I was barely on number ten! But all together the questions took up two pages on loose leaf and I still wasn't done! So to finish It I had to stay after school to complete It which I did. I stayed after school along with seven or nine other people. I finished it at about 3:10pm and I finally left. A couple days later I got it back and it said............100%! I had received an A! I felt so proud of myself because if I got a D or an F, my grade could of went down to a C! I felt so relieved that it was all over and I knew that all of that studying would pay off. This was a very important accomplishment.

OMG! We have to do a project on a famous scientist! I know, I'm doing Galileo! I did my project on Galileo Galilei. We had to pick from a list what projects we were going to do, so I picked to do a scrapbook and a cereal box. I finished all of my stuff and my cereal box was called, Galileo's! I had to put a lot of information on it. I put a lot of pictures onto my scrapbook. And I also did a biography because I kind of wanted to, and I thought it might be extra credit so you know. I presented to the class and I wasn't really that nervous. I thought I had did good so I wasn't worried. We got back our grades and....... I got an A! 100%! Oh yeah I got an A! I knew that the whole last Sunday before that would pay off. I was so proud because It counted for a big grade so I needed to get a good grade. This was my previous accomplishment.

Rocks! My class was working on a science chapter of rocks. It was just the types of rocks and how they form in the rock cycle. There was only four or five sections so it only took us one week to finish it, or I think it was only three days. It was the weekend and our teacher told us we would have our test on the Monday we come back. It came Monday and NO! I forgot to study. I thought I would get some questions wrong on the test. We got our test and I was kind of nervous. WHAT! This was easy as heck! I zoomed through the test. Two days later we got it back......100%! I knew I was going to pass the test. I felt proud of myself, but not that much because it was easy. But this was still one of my accomplishments.

What! That is not fair! My teacher told our class that we would have a substitute for class on Friday and we would spend only this day working on Renewable and Nonrenewable resources. Then when we came back on Monday we would take the test. We were going to watch a video and read our science book. But my teacher, my friend Alex, and I, were going to be at the science fair because my teacher was in charge and me and my friend won for our class. So we wouldn't watch the movie or read the book. The weekend came and I didn't do anything on Saturday. So I had to read all three chapters on the energy resources on Sunday night. Monday came and I got the test. What! This easy piece of paper is what I stayed up all night to study for! The test was pretty easy. It was even easier because it was an open book test so we could use our books. Two days later I walked in the class and SLAP! My science test was slapped on my table and............100%! Oh yes! I passed the test with ease. I felt proud of myself because I had to memorize everyhting in on night and I thought for sure that I would forget something. But I didn't, so I created another accomplishment.
